Customer Information
When reserving a vehicle, joining one of our programs, or enrolling in our emailing list, we need to collect certain information about you to provide the specific service that you have requested. We make every reasonable effort to protect this information on your behalf.
Email Policy
Top Drive will only send email to your address once you have made a reservation and supplied us with your email address. This address is used to identify you and offer you a printable version of your reservation confirmation. You may also receive emails about promotions, or if you sign up to receive our e-newsletter. If you wish to have your name removed from our e-newsletter mailing list, send an email to info@arubatopdrive.com. We do not share your email address with any third parties.
Credit Card Policy
The main driver of the vehicle will be required to leave a guaranteed deposit with a valid credit card. A mandatory amount of $300 up to $500 subject to changes, will be held as security deposit, and returned to the Lessee after rental agreement has closed. Return of the security deposit may take up to 30 business days, subject to international banking regulations. Only credit cards are accepted for security deposit. Debit cards are not accepted (all mentioned charges/prices are excl. tax).
Cookie Policy
As is the standard for many major websites, this website may employ the use of "cookies". These "cookies" are files that are sent to your computer to store data about your visit to our site. This data can help to speed your rental process, such as remembering you when you return to this site. You have the ability to disable cookies, or have the browser that you are using inform you of when a cookie is being sent to your computer.
