COVID19 Protocols

At Top Drive Aruba, we consider your health, safety, and well-being as TOP priorities when doing business. Considering the current circumstances, we strive to meet all the COVID-19 measures and requirements imposed by Aruba’s Department of Public Health (DVG) to ensure both your safety, as well as our team’s overall well-being.

The Aruba Health & Happiness Code certification showcases businesses that have and are still taking measures to offer a safe environment for their customers and employees. Top Drive proudly holds Aruba Health & Happiness Code certifications and we are even ranked gold.

Here are some of the measures that we at Top Drive Aruba carry out:

Airport Arrivals:

  • Only one (1) driver is assigned to drive the Top Drive shuttle bus
  • Driver and all rental agents must wear facemasks
  • The passenger seat in the shuttle bus is solely used for luggage
  • The shuttle bus is wiped off after each use
  • There is a shield in the shuttle bus that separates you from the driver
  • Only families and/or travel companions are shuttled together
  • The shuttle bus has hand sanitizers onboard for our customers to use
  • Rental agents are required to wash his/her hands regularly
  • A maximum of two (2) customers per family are allowed into the office at the same time
  • Hand sanitizer and tissues are available at the entrance of all of our offices

Hotel reservations:

  • A maximum of two (2) customers per family are allowed at the same time at our Top Drive hotel desks
  • Our rental agents wear facemasks at all times while also keeping to the mandatory physical distancing regulations
  • Hand sanitizers and tissues are available for our customers – each customer is required to use hand sanitizers before approaching our Top Drive rental agents
  • Our desks are disinfected after each customer visit

Hotel pickups:

  • We have one (1) Top Drive shuttle service in case you are staying at another local accommodation
  • A maximum of two (2) customers per family are allowed into the office at the same time
  • Our Top Drive agents will be wearing facemasks at all times
  • The passenger seat next to the driver is solely used for bags
  • The shuttle is disinfected after each ride
  • Door handles of the shuttles are wiped after each use
