I had paid for my car rental ahead of time, but by the time I got to Aruba I found out that I was unable to rent a car due to my age being under 23 years. Although the regulations were, unfortunately, an inconvenience for me, the Top Drive team did an outstanding job helping me out in any way that they could! They drove me to my Airbnb to make sure I arrived there safely, gave me a refund and even delivered the refund to me, because I had no way to pick it up. Their team showed outstanding customer service, care and dedication. One of their coworkers, Kawish, was especially nice and helpful! If I would have attempted to rent a car from any other company, I feel like I would not have been shown this same level of customer service. I would definitely recommend to rent from them!

Had a great time! I highly recommend Top Drive for your car rental needs. Tremendous staff, awesome jeeps, and great prices! My phone accidentally fell out of my bag, but luckily their team found it under one of the rental car’s seats. They were kind enough to deliver my phone all the way to my hotel for me too! Great people. We are going back next week to rent with them again! Definitely check them out!

Top Drive’s car rental service was absolutely TOP. Definitely a must-try if you want to drive a safe car. Something that I found especially necessary while driving around the island. If you get a flat tire they will go out of their way to help you as fast as possible while also doing their best to keep you happy. A friend of mine who also rented with them had accidentally driven over sharp rocks and was very happy with the company’s service-oriented and friendly assistance.
When I go back to Aruba I will definitely rent again with Top Drive. Absolutely recommended for their: 1) Service 2) Price 3) Quality and 4) Safety.

We rented from Top Drive Sept 16 -23 this year. The representative met us right outside the airport and drove us in their van to their office. The car was practically brand new, I was in and out in 5 minutes (they even said we know you want to get going not waste vacation time!). The return was just as easy! Only 5 minute ride to the airport and by the time our luggage was loaded in their van, they had checked the car and I signed the paper and done!

Finally, after having tried out many different car rental companies on Aruba over the years, I can say that I have found the one that made me feel completely happy. In the past I have dealt with various faulty vehicles, resulting in me having to return them, and waste away my valuable vacation time. I have dealt with poor customer service with people who didn’t seem to care that you are a valuable customer. Top Drive has ended the search for the best car rental company on the island for me. They are absolutely professional and courteous. Not to mention, the vehicles are priced right and are in incredible condition. Looking forward to my next Aruba visit in 2021 which will 100% be booked with Top Drive!

Great experience! I was in Aruba for a 5-day trip and was very hesitant to rent a car, because I heard mixed reviews of some of the car rental companies. Yet, I decided to call Top Drive and could not have been more pleased! Their pricing was fair and straight forward, with no games, nor any additional fees. The rental car was in great condition. They even picked me up at my hotel to pick up my rental, and then they also drove me back after I dropped off the car the following day. I will definitely be using Top Drive for car rentals every time I visit Aruba.
